    Hi Alice,Firstly I like the Tumeric and ginger product.
    There seems to be a lot of priblems with my order.If you remember firstly you sent an email stating that parcel was on its way then another stating you were out of stock. You kindly returned the shipping fee.
    The next email was to inform me that there had been an wrror in sending me all of my order,I recived only the Tumeric and Ginger product.Yiu asked me if I wanted you to send the other 2 products,to which I replied over a week ago . I said yes please send them plus another Tumeric and Ginger and to charge me accordingly for the extra packet.
    I am sorry to have to inform you about this on this form,but as you have not answered my email,I have no other alternative

    Oh yes just for that small package I was charged 18.03 euros.I think that would of been for the entire lot,including the other two products that weren't there. I hope so anyway as shipping costs plus import duty are nearly twice as much as the one product.outstanding 2or 3 products I can't remember which.
