Orders
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). For questions about your order, email us at hello@sugavida.com with your inquiry and we will respond to you as soon as we can.

Delivery times
You should expect your order to arrive within the following time frame:
UK Royal Mail 2nd class – 3-5 business days
Next Day Delivery (ordered pre-12pm) – 1 business day
International Royal Mail – 10 business days

Shipping Costs

All UK orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (subject to availability) at a flat rate of £3.90.

FREE delivery on UK orders over £50.

Overseas orders are delivered at a flat rate according to the destination country:

Europe= £16.50

USA / Canada  = £25.99

Australia / New Zealand = £30.99

South Africa = £25.00
